2005 – The Brand Takes Shape
The second part of rolling out HWY H2O encouraged the use of the HWY H2O brand and logo. HWY H2O would be promoted on its newly created website, at various Trade Shows, Trade Missions and in Industry Publications to name only a few examples. The first HWY H2O Conference took place in Toronto and concentrated on Short Sea Shipping.
HWY H2O was now a stronger, more defined brand focused on coordinating and bundling the marketing efforts of stakeholders dependent on the St. Lawrence River and Great Lakes waterways.
